The Artificial Intelligence Education Foundation (AIEF) and Soliton Technologies successfully concluded the AIEF – 2nd AI International Championship 2024 at FAST National University, reinforcing Pakistan’s position as an AI innovation hub. Building on last year’s success, this year’s event featured over 200 submissions, with 33 innovative projects from top universities across Pakistan, China, and the USA.

Keynote speakers and expert panelists, including Dr. Fan Zhang, Dr. Rick Arrowood, Dr. Javed Akram, and Dr. Basit Shafiq, shared insights on AI’s transformative potential in governance, healthcare, and education.

Award-Winning Innovations:

1st Prize: Team 21 – ARIA (COMSATS Islamabad) for their mental health AI assistant.
2nd Prize: Team 15 – Archentra (COMSATS Islamabad) for AI-driven innovation.
3rd Prize: Team 22 – NLPT (FAST NUCES) for their clinical NLP framework.
