General Guidelines for Participants of the AI Hackathon Event:
- Dress Code:
- Participants are required to adhere to a formal dress code.
- Clothing worn should not bear images or texts of any kind.
- Personal Devices:
- Participants must bring their own laptops and internet devices for the event.
- Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional code of conduct throughout the event, both on and off campus grounds.
- Timelines:
- Participants must strictly adhere to the provided program structure and timelines.
- Punctuality is crucial to ensure a smooth and efficient event.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Participants must refrain from engaging in any illicit or unethical activities during the event and on campus grounds.
- Any violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification.
- Identification:
- Participants must carry their original computerized national identity cards (CNIC) along with their student IDs for entrance to the campus.
- Identification documents will be checked upon arrival and during post-registrations.
- Preparation:
- Participants are expected to come fully prepared with their projects, data, and with any necessary materials.
- It is essential to ensure that all required software and tools are installed and functioning properly before the event.
- Demonstration Setup:
- Each team will be provided with a designated table and chairs for setting up their project demonstration.
- This setup will be used for review by the judges.
- Demonstration Time:
- Each team will be allocated a maximum of 3 minutes for their project demonstration.
- Strict adherence to the time limit is mandatory.
- Going over the allotted time will not be permitted.
